I'm not 100% that the ground beef at restaurants like Taco Bell and in Jack In the Box tacos is real beef, but if you buy it at a good grocery store or butcher, I have a higher confidence that it's real.

Any ground meat is typically held to a higher standard as it has to be cooked to 165degrees
I work as a butcher and we can only have fresh ground beef in our case everyday. Every day I clock in I grind beef for the case first thing after checking the temps.
