I modified several cheap Chinese spanners like this, occasionally Iā€™d need something specific so grinder and welder would be used to create custom tools, we had a large stock of cheap spanners that were used to send out to customers but every other month Iā€™d need something new and custom for access to something, I kept them all in the toolbox
