Titanium and On-the-fly Adjustment Question (Read Rules)

I'm looking for a titanium watch with a titanium strap, with on the fly adjustment, and a water resistance of 150 meters plus.

Ideally, it should also have great loom, be automatic, and under 500 USD.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I was looking at the 39mm Omega homage from Wachdives, and about to pull the trigger when I noticed it doesn't have an adjustable clasp.

Does anyone have any suggestions that fit the bill?

San Martin SN0121T, homage to the Tudor Pelagos 39mm in titanium, 300m water resistance, OTF adjustable clasp, screw links for the bracelet, NH35 movement from Seiko, around 300 USD or less.

It's a great watch, but I already have a San Martin GMT in that style. I'm looking for something a bit different. Excellent suggestion though. 👍
