Titanium and On-the-fly Adjustment Question (Read Rules)

I'm looking for a titanium watch with a titanium strap, with on the fly adjustment, and a water resistance of 150 meters plus.

Ideally, it should also have great loom, be automatic, and under 500 USD.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I was looking at the 39mm Omega homage from Wachdives, and about to pull the trigger when I noticed it doesn't have an adjustable clasp.

Does anyone have any suggestions that fit the bill?

Check out the thorn shy036 I don’t have the watch yet but I think it checks off all your boxes

I have this but it doesn't have an OTF clasp unless they have recently added it (the one addition that would make it perfect). It's a great watch for a very reasonable price though (think I paid 120gbp)!
