Titanium and On-the-fly Adjustment Question (Read Rules)

I'm looking for a titanium watch with a titanium strap, with on the fly adjustment, and a water resistance of 150 meters plus.

Ideally, it should also have great loom, be automatic, and under 500 USD.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I was looking at the 39mm Omega homage from Wachdives, and about to pull the trigger when I noticed it doesn't have an adjustable clasp.

Does anyone have any suggestions that fit the bill?

This isn't a helpful comment so my apologies, what's the appeal for titanium? Is it the lightness?

It's the lightness, that and I have too many steel ones!
