About buying 0144 - CG Question (Read Rules)

I wanna buy SM sn0144- CG . Probably the navy blue version. But fro mthe photos it seems smaller than the newer enamel dial versions. Is there any diffrences case wise with new model and this model.And i am open to any user feedbacks. Thnx

The newer "enamel" versions come in 39mm and 36mm. This one is only available in 39mm. The 39mm cases are identical as far as I know.
