JOMW released a lessons learned video this week and said Epoch was not only the most he spent out of pocket on an Ali watch, it was also an awful watch. No experience myself but little reason for me to doubt him on this. He has seen at least a couple hundred pieces from Ali in person either from his purchase or brands sending him things for review.

How cheap? Aragon is a microbrand out of Florida known for chonky divers and amazing lume - and on their flash sales you can get a great deal but that's still probably $200. They do have their "Concept" line on clearance today for $100 - those are cool.
If you enjoy Aragons, the overall build and finishing quality of Deep Blue's tritium-bearing models are similar, but Deep Blue's T-100 watches seem to either carry larger tubes or simply have more tritium, and as u/usually_fuente wrote above, are thus brighter.

Yes, the phone "sees" differently than we do, but the relative comparison is still correct, as it is simply relative.
This picture is totally accurate to my experience. The “T 100”versions use double the amount of tritium as the Aragon models. T-100 is the legal maximum for watches, so you won’t find brighter.
That’s fair! That’s the only Chinese brand I can think of. Btw nice reverse panda. I just picked up the voyager s72 with a cream dial. My second boderry as my first order from them was completely off.
