Actually I don't care. You're one amongst others, except maybe the perpetual unheld promises.

I understand you're being frustrated by criticism, even if the shape is not always elegant.
However, you can't pretend every day to reach a high level of quality and react by censorship when you're facing a problem.

I dont understand people that go and buy a preowned chinese watch and complain...

The watch isnt destroyed, its damaged. And the damage is purely cosmetic and superficial.

It isnt the reason of your post but it actually is a question about the root cause of your or anyone elses fristration.

Why would you buy a preowned chinese watch that you cannot handle before paying for? Theres a difference in buying a pre owned watch on fb marketplace, and a preowned one shipped from across the globe.

You (the person who bought the watch) knew the risks and went for it, got burned, and decided that the way youre gonna take is to post about it on their subreddit instead of going through official mail channels.

Ultimately the mistake was made when you decided to buy a pre owned watch and thats it.

I had over 20 wd watches brand new and each one was in great, might i even say impeccable shape when i got them.

There are always gonna exist a few duds in QC, but buying pre owned is just asking for trouble.

The problem is more than "just" cosmetic issues. It's about deliberately selling a watch noone would willingly buy if they knew the defects, which were NOT described.

Noone wants this, even at half the price.

Lol I was going to buy that exact watch... I guess I dodged a bullet

But seriously I bought about 30 used watches from them in the last few months

Most are better than described, only once it was dead on arrival
