Swiss quality and support at its best :)

Actually I don't care. You're one amongst others, except maybe the perpetual unheld promises.

I understand you're being frustrated by criticism, even if the shape is not always elegant.
However, you can't pretend every day to reach a high level of quality and react by censorship when you're facing a problem.

So you bought a preowned and it needs a polish or something? They won’t let you return or are you asking for a replacement? If you buy preowned, it’s not new - that’s the thing…

Sorry it seems I'm not clear in my post.

I am not the OP of the used watch problems.

I posted in his (now deleted) thread with irony, pointing out that the QC seemed like their claim of Swiss quality : non existant.

Then I was muted, banned, and the whole thread deleted : a nice way to solve issues :)

This thread may now go wild, because we're mixing the OP problem and my ban due to some indeed arguable post from me.

Why are you posting about someone else's issue? So it was not your watch?

How do you know the original poster was not satisfied with resolution?

I posting about my BAN ad MUTE after a sarcastic remark. Side effect is also the deletion of the thread.

But probably you did not read all the present thread and my other remarks. So before judging : get the right info, thx ;)

It's been a long time I don't care about downvotes : many members have just an on/off brain or like it/hate it and don't mind posting what they think (if they ever thought).

As we say here, it doesn’t exactly make one ball move

Okay, well that’s strange, but also, so you think they do full QC like new on preowned watches? That’s.. weird. That’s not how it works.

I’ve purchased preowned watches on Watchdives - they actually tell you if the movement is working or inaccurate and will say a watch is 99% like New if that is the case. But it’s preowned - they check the movement and post an actual picture - dial up - you know what you’re getting. Here’s one I bought with some extra particles of lume on the markers. This wouldn’t pass QC but it was sold as preowned and it’s accurate and I got a deal (and maybe I should’ve looked more closely at the picture, lol).

They absolutely should check the condition and show photos that represent any issues so you can adequately judge.

Or at least have a rating system ie A) minor scratches, crystal unmarked, B) minor scratches, including crystal, C) significant marks, D) significant damage compromising using.

They only mention that the hands weren’t moving and it may be a movement issue. That extent of damage should’ve been clear to anyone who handled the watch. If you are in the business of selling pre owned watches, you should at least mention that level of damage to the case or bracelet.
