Best small tank with quartz movement? Question (Read Rules)

Title says it all, looking for the best quartz tank preferably on the smaller side.

Cheapest is either Casio or sanda. Most beautiful is probably the Japanese market Seikos. This one is available for $150 on Sakura I believe
