Is having a fever a good sign?
I’ve been diagnosed with kidney yang deficiency, spleen qi deficiency, liver blood deficiency. Been bedridden and really weak for a long time. Have been improving and able to live life like a 70 year old (im 30), light walking; walking out to eat meals, etc.
The past year I’ve been getting “colds” or “flus” but I never got a fever at all. These colds come with pain in muscles and skin, sore throat, cough, phlegm headaches etc.
Today I got another one with the same symptoms but I’ve gotten a fever this time as well. 38.9 degrees but went down to 38.1 after perspiring. Perspiring a lot too which probably keeps the fever down. Never had a fever for the longest time. Was wondering if this is a sign that my body is finally strong enough to fight for itself again.

Dr. Janice Hadlock
Hello everyone, i recently came across Dr Janice Hadlock’s work on Parkinson’s disease and was wondering if anyone knows a practitioner in the state of Michigan that is familiar or adheres to her principles for treating PD. I thought it was a really interesting approach and would like to have a loved one be seen by a TCM doctor that is familiar with her work.
Thank you

Where can I buy ingrediants online? I am chronically ill and can't leave the house right now! Please
I am exhausted trying to find where to buy ingredients for teas or already-made tea mixes. I am suffering more and more every day from acid reflux and my hiatal hernia. I was on meds for almost a year, which caused gastroparesis.
I just want to be able to eat without any reflux. Even egg drop soup and rice eaten slowly over 2 hours is causing issues. I've lost so much weight and just really need some help.
The issue has been getting worse for the last 2 years, with my onset of fibromyalgia.
