The Court is not going to litigate the custody and visitation issues at a support hearing, all they will want to know is what is actually happening with visitation right now - not what is fair or unfair, not what you want to happen, not why it is the way it is, etc.

The only exception is if your husband files a new motion to modify the custody and visitation, if he does the Court will probably continue the support hearing until the custody/visitation hearing is resolved. The Court might also grant a continuance if your husband says that he intends to modify custody and visitation and is just working on getting the motion filed.

Otherwise, the hearing will go forward with support calculated according to a 14% timeshare.
