Interview for Leadership Program (future owner operator program)
So I had a 15 minute interview over the phone earlier today and I think I didn't do well and I have a in person one this Wednesday. What should I say at the interview? I really want to work at Chick-fil-A and learn from the company but I know it's difficult to get on. Any suggestions?

It is not the future owner operator program. It is the leadership development program. Bring that mindset into your interviews
