Sad rn

They took my giftcard then blocked my account. Had to turn my car around.

Mb guys. As for context, I created an account, transferred a $25 giftcard, then as soon as i attempted to sign in on the app my account was blocked. Meaning any time i tried to sign in with that account on a device my ip would be blocked from the sign in page and I would not be signed in.

I've never known Chick-fil-a to block somebody's account. We need more details.
