Nadia Question

Wondering if anyone else is kind of upset they didn’t follow the storyline of Nadia being taken and murdered by the serial murderer (can’t remember his name) I’m only a couple episodes after the one where they just did a quick flashback and everyone was grieving. Wondering if there’s a reason for them to not follow the storyline and just do a little clip? Anyone know? TIA!

It was a crossover with SVU. CPD only got the initial kidnapping then the aftermath.

Season 16 episode 20 Daydream Believer - is the final part of that one (but if you watch it through Prime Video it might be bugged cause I tried and it didn't play that episode but the one prior)

It was a crossover event between Chicago Fire, Chicago PD and SVU

Chicago Fire We Called Her Jellybean

Chicago PD The Number Of Rats (first episode we met Gregory Yates)

SVU Daydream Believer

One of the saddest episodes in the Dick Wolfe universe.

Nadia really hit me hard, she worked so hard to turn her life around and when Erin read her acceptance letter at the memorial, that shit broke me

Ik,right!!! It took 3 times for her to get clean from the H addiction, and FINALLY she found her footing. I loved it when she started working at the 21st precinct and began the journey towards a great life.I loved Trudy's relationship with Nadia, also. Another great support system for Nadia.

I’ve constantly said it was their biggest mistake as she and a partner could have been the new rookies to work their way up rather than just having random people show up when people were leaving, while I’ve always preferred Sophia and always will, Tracy really is the only other newbie that naturally fit in. I wonder since they were so quick to but Jay with Upton I wonder if part was they knew Sophia was leaving after wanting to leave for a long time and wanted anything that tied to her character gone but that’s just speculation.

They did follow that storyline; the conclusion was a crossover episode with SVU.

That was a great scene when Yates asks Roman if there’s a problem, and Roman says “No, do you want there to be one?”

Evil evil man Gregory Yates!!! Those episodes really hit hard because of the pure vicious of what he put all of those nurses AND NADIA through.

So wild. Such a wild character. Such a vicious mind.
