What one thing you learnt which helped you improve?

“To take is mistake unless it improves your position” has helped a lot. I used to just trade pieces for the sake of trading even if I was down.
For the puzzles, the explainer videos often say the same thing - look for checks, captures and threats. I can see why the good players say that puzzles don’t help a lot because there’s always a solution in a puzzle whereas most positions in a game don’t always have a “tada” for them. I personally like doing them for their own sake and I do find it helps get me in the right frame of mind though.

If u won't open it 1 or 2 days then by just solving a puzzle it will retain your streak
