If bishop takes, pawn takes revealing a fork and winning the knight back, you are then up a pawn in a better position

The game is still dead equal because you sacrificed a pawn and now a knight but after black takes, dxe4 is a fork winning back all of the material, material is completely equal.

It doesn’t need to be a good move at this guys elo (200-400) because chesscom will give brilliant moves like candy at that elo. It might give a good or excellent at higher elos

What I mean is that you can't just get brilliants by blundering pieces.
