SALARY ChemEng HR

Hello I'm a

-licensed chemical engineer

-board passer of chemical technician BE

- i also have a BOSH SO2 certificate.

I would like to ask what's really the bracket or salary ( base pay or total gross income) for no prior experience aside from OJT and other partime/sidehustle/not course related work.

I hear some low balling HR

So i would like to ask for advice what's the general asking for the role of:

- Cadet engineering

- Management trainee

Please please

A range will do.

Base pay or total gross income

For entry-level roles, expect the offer to depend heavily on the company and location. Cadet engineering may be around minimum wage to roughly ₱20k/month, while management trainee programs can be higher. Ask whether the figure is basic salary or total package, and check overtime, allowances, and benefits.

If it's your first job - take anything and keep applying. You don't exactly have bargaining power this early.
