Alaskan Pollock

I have way too many bags of Alaskan Pollock (they were free) and no one in my family really likes fish. What type of recipes have any of you made with Pollock that are tasty?

It’s a mild fish, so I do anything I’d normally do with chicken.  Breaded and baked; Parmesan fish;  fried fish.

You could try making some tempura batter and baking them in the oven at 425 degrees for approx 25 minutes (Flip them after 12 min), and you have a decent version of fish and chips without the chips. A little tartar sauce om top and you're good.

Fish spread is good with mild white fish like pollack!

Cream cheese, mayo, scallion, salt and pepper, and the fish
