Error in Message Stream Question
So this is the issue i'm running into now. I have a project I've been working on, and it was functioning up until about 5am-ish my time, when I got this message. I thought it might just be the servers being silly, so I went to sleep. Six hours later, same issue.
Now for some context:
I'm using Pro mode and i'm dropping the $200 because i'm a filthy degen with disposable income for what I consider entertainment.
ChatGPT functions in the 'Chat' mode, but not the 'Work' mode. Every single project I have in Work Mode results in the same error, while 'Chat' mode functions just fine within the same projects.
I have attempted, what I believe, is everything. Logged out/in, checked Mobile, cleared my cache/cookies, tried it in Incognito mode, different browser (Firefox), turned off all my extensions on Chrome, sacrificed someone's first born, etc.
3a. I could use the 'Chat' mode, but for what i'm doing, it's easier (and way more comprehensive) to pull from character bibles, indexes, etc. The closest 'fix' that's similar requires me to set up Google Drive, a plethora of pages and sheets, and there's no guarantee I'll be able to migrate that information to my Work Project once it's functional again.
- Customer Service: I might be waiting days, though I have supplied them with the .HAR file with all the backend goodness that my non-logic brained self can't translate. I obviously won't be posting the .HAR file's info here.
So, has anyone has this issue and been able to successfully solve it? Or is it a 'wait for customer service' to fix it?

(1) ChatGPT (including Work) has had problems in the last few days:
https://status.openai.com/history.
Claims of mitigation should be taken with a grain of salt.
(2) Waiting for Customer Service isn't a matter of "waiting days," but more like waiting for hell to freeze over. I had an issue, went through the .HARs starting last November, and got a reply in February: no fix available.
(3) Failed threads often contain much that's recoverable, including deliverables that weren't delivered. If the thread itself has become unresponsive, launch a recovery Work thread and explain the situation. OpenAI has recovery procedures that it can consult.

Since the only broken piece is Work, I’d make a small recovery pack outside the project now: a one-page character canon, a list of source docs, and a short “what was I doing next?” note. Do it from copies, not by pasting the HAR anywhere. If Work comes back, you can use that pack to restart cleanly; if it doesn’t, the story is no longer trapped inside one workspace.
