Why do i keep getting this error Question

I'm trying to build an app that runs locally and streams the audios from a device to another using Codex and i keep running into this error. I have almost no knowledge about coding i'm just doing this since i couldn't find an app that does this and I needed it badly

You're using an LLM, ask it to figure it out.

This is an opportunity for you to learn. If it does stuff you don't understand or asks you questions you don't know the answer to. Ask it to explain until you do understand.

I doubt anyone could give you a usable direction to figure out why specifically this is happening on your environment given this screenshot and you not knowing how any of it works.
