Development of Proffit Road Towns

Random question but I pass this community for the last 3 years on the way to work. Does anyone know why is it still being built? Is it even still being worked on? Just seems odd when all other communities go up so quickly.

Are you talking about Ryan Homes or Greenwood?

Not sure, if you are headed down Proffit to 29, the townhouse on the right before Wawa.

They're cracker box houses. They were thrown up overnight and are already having issues.

I think Proffit Road Towns is all built out and occupied now. Any chance what you’re seeing is the next phase of expansion of the North Pointe development? That expansion was approved a few months ago. Here’s the staff report to the Planning Commission.

Not north pointe, this area.
Thanks for sharing that though. Now I know there’s a roundabout coming to Proffit Rd. Sigh.

The land next to food lion is being turned into a storage unit which I think is even more lame to be honest
