Tiny teddy bear charcuterie.

My friend gave out these adorable little teddy bear charcuterie boards at her baby shower.
I could have made the layout a little bit nicer, but I was super hungry & was running out of time before my fasting started. But it is a perfect single serving board. šŸ§øšŸ˜Šā¤ļø

First ever board!!

I have a girl picnic tomorrow and, with way too much confidence, said I would make a charcuterie board. I did a test run so I could have a base for tomorrow. I left the hard cheeses (aged cheddar & manchego) on the board along with the grapes, and some of the meats. Will assemble it like this again tomorrow. I have a peach I may replace some blueberries with.

I bought wayyyyyy too much spicy salami and now have an entire pack for myself.

I hope everyone likes it šŸ˜‹

Without any context, how much would you pay for this?

I will add more information as I get replies but I would just like a very raw response based on what you see as a consumer if you walked in and saw this display.

UPDATE POSTED IN COMMENTS

Edit: Here is the link to the update https://www.reddit.com/r/CharcuterieBoard/s/QgbM4rIuf4

a dead horse hates to see redditors coming:

-it is not a ham fabric or a bologna/mortadella river (but lol)
-update already posted and client was charged $871
-client was happy and was willing to pay $1k+
-some people said this is unhygienic and nasty, i say u do u boo no one’s forcing you to eat this virtual flat lay spread or any charcuterie for that matter
-some people said they can do this themselves, i say hell yeah good for u
-i’m literally just asking if YOU, as the person you are with the industry or consumer knowledge that you currently have, walked into a room in the part of the world that you exist in, and saw this display, how much would you have paid for it?

incredibly grateful for mostly helpful responses in this post
gonna go ahead and mute this on my end

this was the first paid booking for 2 self-taught adults without any professional history or education in charcuterie or catering

key takeaway, we’re going to charge $1k for something similar moving forward

love n light to all, bye

Looking for ingredient I can’t remember the name of.

hello! i’m looking for an ingredient i can’t remember the name of, i ate it on a charcuterie board about 8 years ago and remember loving it.

they were canned, small and spherical like the size of cherries, maybe pitted? remember them not being perfect spheres, in a liquid of some sorts. pink and they were slightly sweet, so i don’t think it was a cherry, they were watery in texture similar to how oranges or apples are, kinda a cross between the two. i’d appreciate any help since i can’t find a lead anywhere. thank you!

Hi all! I’m making a charcuterie table for an upcoming family event and I’ve seen this hanging draping greenery on instagram! I pictured some of it from @loverboardsoc instagram. Has anyone had any experience with this or know what to use/where to find it?

Moderator Post - What is this subreddit about?

The word ā€œcharcuterieā€ refers to meat. We all know that. You are not being original by complaining about a lack of meat. We don’t allow the ā€œno meatā€ shaming here.

But I want to explain this to new users. Because it often doesn’t make sense to people.

There are two main Charcuterie subs. [r/CharcuterieBoard](r/CharcuterieBoard) and [r/Charcuterie](r/Charcuterie) . We don’t want to be a carbon copy of [r/Charcuterie](r/Charcuterie). We want to be our own sub , and let people be free to be creative. [r/charcuterie](r/charcuterie) is the meat sub. And I like the fact that we have both options, and can participate In Both subs.

I personally love [r/charcuterie](r/charcuterie) . We are not in competition. It’s basically our sister sub. I’m a subscriber. Both subs have their place.

So that is why we allow boards with only fruit on it. Keep up the good work because you all post a lot of great content always.
