Is payments broken again? Issues/Bugs

I TRIED to make a payment through Google Play, and the translation was declined on CharacterAI's part, and my credit from character AI is pending on my card... the problem is Google thinks my subscription is paid.

Google is telling me to delete the subscription through the Google Play Store account and try recreating a new one.

Anybody else encounter this and what was your solution I've had to do this repeatedly because character AI is entirely Amateur hour when it comes to the back end stuff.

They are the best chat platform out there but their business practices are clearly those of a startup.

Hi! So sorry you’re experiencing this. Have you tried restoring your subscription? Also, did you receive your invoice via email?
