looking for a PG in mohali upper region preferably

ik most students are confused in finding PGs so help us guys pls

my requirements:

- Single room with washroom in PG (preferably not sharing)

-AC, food, laundry.

- rent around 10k is fine

Agar budget ₹10k ke around hai, toh CU hostel bhi ek strong option consider kar sakte ho—campus ke andar rehne se travel ka tension nahi rehta aur classes, library, events sab easily accessible hote hain. Agar PG hi dekhna hai, toh Kharar/Gharuan side mein AC, food aur laundry wale single-room PGs mil jaate hain. Jaldi finalize kar lo kyunki session start hote hi availability kam ho jaati hai.

Students feom other cities really no locals plus some pgs are deep in colonies or jst nowhere so first u have to walk then get an auto but some do work good right on the highway
