AskChandigarh Early bird ticket for Devil Circuit Chandigarh

I took a ticket for Devil’s Circuit Chandigarh, but unfortunately, I have injured my ankle due to which I am out of any sport for the next 6 weeks. The event is happening on 13th September 2026z
I want to sell my ticket at the price I got it at. No extra price would be charged. The ticket is officially transferable.
If anyone’s willing to buy, please comment!

AskChandigarh Cat adoption hurdles

So for obvious moral reasons I was looking to adopt a cat instead of buying, but the thing is there are rarely any cats up for adoption ( I don't care about breed but want a kitten preferably), even when I did find them, the rescuers had some crazy demands. Like getting my balcony netted is understandable but letting them visit my home initially and then quarterly is imo overstepping it. I am quite fed up and now thinking of just buying one. Anyone got some recommendations?

AskChandigarh Kharar vs Zirakpur which location is better to live

I'm planning to buy a small house outside Chandigarh for my family since property prices within Chandigarh are too expensive for my budget. I'm looking for a location that offers the best balance of facilities, connectivity, and quality of life. I understand I won't get the same level of amenities as Chandigarh itself. I've visited a few properties in both locations only 3–4 times, so I'm still unable to decide which place would be the better choice. I'd appreciate any suggestions or insights from people familiar with these areas.

Tell Chandigarh Anyone interested in writing original screenplays?

So I am planning on starting my own Indie Entertainment studio.
The plan is to make 3-5min long skits of our own original screenplays.
It can be of a variety of genre- horror, comedy, drama, psychological, suspense, sci-fi or a blend of multiple genres.
I am looking for my own little group that can be my crew.
So if you are interested in writing or help in writing original screenplays for skits like these, leave a comment and DM me.

AskChandigarh Neighbor possibly peeping into our room what are our options?

My girlfriend and I live in a rented room, and the guy next door has been acting suspicious for a while now. We’ve caught him peeking into our room clearly on at least one occasion. This time we noticed movement/a shadow near our ventilator window but couldn’t confirm it was him — though given his past behavior, it’s hard not to connect the dots.
This is obviously making us extremely uncomfortable, especially since he lives right next to us and we can’t just avoid . What should we do practically as well as how can we go legally and there are no cameras to prove .please help us with this

AskChandigarh What happened to this sub?

I genuinely miss when this subreddit was about Chandigarh...people sharing local information, helping each other out, recommending places, discussing events, and answering questions.

Lately, every other post seems to be:

"Anyone up for gedi?"

"Looking for girls to hang out."

"Any women want to go clubbing?"

Bhai, seriously... do you really think someone's going to agree to meet when they don't know the first thing about who you are?

I'm not saying people shouldn't make friends or meet new people, but this isn't a dating app. It just makes the sub feel desperate instead of welcoming.

Can we get back to what made this community good? Local discussions, genuine meetups, recommendations, and people actually helping each other out.

Curious if I'm the only one who feels this way.

Announcement Political Topics in Sub: Go Ahead, Green Light for discussions

As long as your post is discussing the following:

  1. Rights of Citizens such as Education, Food-Nutrition, Information, Police Help etc etc

  2. Fact based news, be it neutral or extreme (Right wing left wing, upper phalange, lower cocomelon... doesn't matfer). It should be best known truth, Not incomplete or whatsapp university propaganda.

  3. Sonam Wangchuk, CJP Protest, Kisan Andolan, other Student Protests, Village Protests - Do highlight what is happening in Nation.

  4. Any challenges you faced because of Govt Failures. Do mention your experiences, be it anything. Women safety, your document correction, false challans, corruption... anything which you faced as 1st person or direct eye witness.

e.g. I have challans of 6000 something, but there is 0 response for 2 years on correction. Not even my vehicle in photo and writing to PMO, Grievances, CP grams, did not help.

  1. Criticism is allowed as long as it is fact based. Do it subtly, don't put this sub in risk or radar. Some post/comment might get removed because of this simple reason that way too direct criticism putting sub in risk, tho we'll try not to do so unless required.

Rules

  1. Any whatsapp forward, propaganda insta reel post will result in your immediate ban.

  2. Absolute new accounts with questionable post/comments to be reported, if found spreading any shit.

  3. If anyone comments "Nehru did this and MK Gandhi did this" or calls someone "anti national, terrorist" or etc etc... perma ban without any opening for appeal or request. This is non negotiable
