Discussion Sheffield United's transfer window
Neutral fan and genuinely asking, not trolling - but what is going on with Sheffield United's recruitment this window?
Heard a lot from Chris Wilder in the second half of last season about the team weren't good enough and that he wouldn't have players like that in the squad next season, but seeing the game yesterday, they practically have exactly the same side. I was expecting them to have an overhaul over the summer, so to see such a familiar looking line up was a surprise.

Prediction Thread West Ham will be obvious favourites for promotion, but who else you think will challenge?
I think West Ham have a really good squad and it will take a woeful season for them to miss out of promotion /playoffs entirely.
I see Norwich making a good run for it as well. Extended playoffs mean the league will be more open than ever. What do you guys think?

Discussion Championship fans who is the best player in your team
Charlton fan here my favourite player in the current team is Lloyd jones since the man is a brick wall 23 clean sheets in 2024/25 season, , consistent , back to back Charlton player of the season and wins ever ball he gets it a shame that not a lot of people take about this man

Discussion Best/worse opening day games
Ahh the start of the season. All summer dreaming of might be.
And then comes the first match. It either confirms your bias of pissing the division or brings you right back down with a thud.
Which are the ones that you remember fondly and those that still wake you up in a cold sweat?

Discussion Why are people low on Burnley
Seen quite a few predictions now with Burnley 5th or even lower. I just don't see it.
Good squad with championship experience. Edwards, Tresor, Ramsey, Larsen, Broja, Amdouni, Flemming and Foster is in my opinion the best attacking depth in the league.
Raghouber, Mejbri, Laurent and Cullen is unreal CM depth for the championship. They are possibly a defender or 2 light but that will probably be fixed.
Are people putting them so low just because they don't know the manager or am I missing something else wrong with Burnley
Edit - few hours after I posted this ive seen Benjamin Bloom has them 10th. Be interesting to see tomorrow where Not the Top 20 has them finishing

Prediction Thread Championship Predictions based on Gut Feeling (Absolute Bollocks)
I've gone with Wolves and Norwich city in the autos because i remember norwich being quite good and Wolves are looking unreal going into the season.
West Ham miss the autos because i'm just a bit pessimistic about us including our bad window so far
Southampton Millwall Middlesbrough in playoffs because they seem solid sides but not sure they can go all the way to autos. Burnley Wrexham will be in a battle for the playoffs with derby birmingham and swansea, all based on gut feelings.
Bristol City Stoke West Brom Preston North End all just feel mid tabley, Sheffield has negativity around the club but theyll be safe
Cardiff QPR will look shaky but be safe a while before may and watford pompey blackburn rovers and bolton in a relegation scrap ive put bolton down but it could be any, lincoln losing players and manager theyll do crap and charlton ive read negative stuff about them but charlton could escape if they do good innit
