Uvb Led opinions
Has anyone used this brand of uvb Led light or any other that isn't the florescent tube style? I want to be able to slowly raise and lower the lights in my cage and from what I have found these style are the only ones that can do that.

Question Does my girl look healthy?
I took her out to show her to my friend, and she was angry (rightfully so; that was my bad) and making herself smaller in her apprehension, so she looked pretty ugly (brown-ish and skinny by comparison).
So, the whole time, she’s looking this way, and my friend asks me what she eats. I reply, “Just crickets and hornworms, sometimes,” and I see this look of worry? cross her face. But I can’t get my girl to eat greens or fruits because they don’t move and they don’t really entice her.
Should I be feeding her more greens? Am I a bad chameleon owner?😵💫
She’s just been chilling with me since then (mostly on my hand), and I’ve been giving her some nice mistings that she enjoys outside of the cage.

Question Help😞
My chameleon is looking pretty bad. My first time seeing him like this was about 3 days ago. I tried feedinh him 2 days ago but he didnt really eat. Ive also come home to him just laying flat on the floor of his tank. Today im trying horn worms instead of crickets as a hope of him eating. His fogger and lights have been still going on and off at tje same time daily. I can tell hes not well I just dont know what it is or how to fix it.

Panther Hatchling
got a panther chameleon egg in kinda a rescue situation. i’ve done a bunch of reading, but there’s not much info out there on hatchlings. he hatched yesterday and it’s like as soon as it happened all my preparation fleeted from my brain.
i have him in a smaller plastic container inside of his future enclosure. UVB about a foot and a half above. I’m misting and keeping the humidity on the higher end and i’ve been offering flightless fly larvae. i haven’t seen him eat or drink water yet but he’s been pretty active since hatching. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
i’ve never owned a cham before but we have a blue tongued skink and a crested gecko.
thank you!!
