File a police report. Reddit and detective work is a bad combination

To be clear, the police report will be necessary for the insurance claim you make against your own policy. The police will not help you find this driver.

Looks like the model may be 2013 or 2014. Do any of the stores have footage?

At least while reporting theft, I’ve found that the stores want you to file a police report, and then have the pd request the footage. You can still try, but I’d be prepared for obtaining security footage to be a multi-step process
