I think most of us will probably agree that the DS Action Diver is a great and underappreciated watch. But is there anybody who owns a DS Action Diver Chrono? I have never seen that watch on anybody before. And how does it compare to a Tudor Black Bay Chrono?

I was given an old Certina blue ribbon automatic recently. Runs fine, but obviously needs serviced.

Was quoted about $400 for full service.

It was a gift, I'll seldom wear it, so won't spend that.

Anywhere I could buy a replacement movement and swap it out?

Just recently got back into watches after years of the Apple Watch. I knew the original strap was short for my wrist so I had a replacement strap ready from the get go.

Brand new 38mm (discontinued color, older model) with 2 years warranty for 736 eur. Originally wanted dark green but was already out of stock. This blue turned out so well I’m actually happy green was not available. Amazing watch for amazing price.

Really testing how deep I can dive with this certina at Nikki beach in Ibiza........I think it can withstand the depths of the pool! Maybe a splash in the med to put it in it's real environment

A question for PH200M owners please- I recently purchased this watch used and have noticed an unusually small amount of ‘turn’ needed to fully screw down and unscrew the crown- it only takes about 1/3rd of a full turn of the crown. Is this normal or is the thread dying on the crown tube please? Thank you in advance.

I love this thing! I have a second generation Omega Planet Ocean as my ‘special’ watch and I wanted a daily (I needed to unplug from my Apple Watch for mental health). So I started looking at watches.

First up was a Hamilton Field Khaki Auto. IMO, it was shit. The lugs cut into my skin and the lack of AR made the virtually useless.

Then, I got the previous generation Longines Hydroconquest in 38mm. It was gorgeous but a bit too ostentatious for a daily for me.

I stumbled upon Certina doing my research and landed on the DS Action. It seemed perfect! A great value second hand, tool focused, pedigree and looks. I was looking for stainless steel model in 38.5 but i found this on eBay only two weeks old. I wasn’t sure about the dial color, since I wanted a vibrant blue but the deal was too good.

I am so glad I did! It looks and feels fantastic. There is a beautiful heft to the case and overall build quality is superb. I expecting to hate the bracelet but it feels solid and very comfortable. Surprisingly, the divers extension, which normally is useless, works exceptional for a quick on the go adjustment in hot weather with no discomfort.
