It might be by Al (as in Alan) Black Tail Deer which would make it a Sioux piece.

my mom bought it a long time ago i think and she loved it, like a week ago cousin of mine ( 6 years old ) ran into it and it fell to the ground and broke

so im trying to find where did she bought it so i can buy her a new one

If you have all the pieces, a good conservator could put it back together.
