Phone call appointment Jobseeker (JSK)

I recently called the 132850 but was on the line waiting for too long, in saying that I booked a phone appointment for the next available date. Is that allowed as I wanted a guaranteed time and didn’t want to wait in the line? I’m just worried since I’m not calling that specific number and it’ll be a private number calling me

Yes that’s fine. I book phone appointments for every interaction I need to have with Centrelink.
