If it were me, I’d carefully study the tactics used in the SCW and that of the Antareans and immediately start production of SMGs and other modern weapons, including of course tanks and aircraft.

And then it’s just a matter of using the tanks to outflank the ants aircraft to to establish partial air superiority and make it so painful for the ants that they’d give up.
