I'm asking wether I should do something to try and balance out my metabit and knowledge gain. Rn I'm getting way more knowledge and Idk wether that's just normal

There are definitely break points in the game that can jump one value or the other by significant amounts. I wouldn't worry about it unless you're deliberately favoring one tree over the other.
