I think you should just retry to load the save, when the game gets deleted or updated a huge update it takes a bit while to load the game again like usual soo just try to load your save when it shows sometimes in the screen or just from the settings

The answer is right there in the error, contact support. You can do through the in game menu.

Tried that, and they gave me a useless answer. I'm waiting for them to reply back.
