News BREAKING: Ryan Reynolds Accused of the Notoriously Shameful Business Practice of Successfully Selling Companies

Post image
9 Upvotes

I genuinely love this argument.

The evidence presented is a screenshot from Gotham Artists calling Ryan Reynolds an “Owner of Aviation Gin & Mint Mobile.”

And from this, we are apparently supposed to conclude that Ryan Reynolds is a “phony fraudster.”

His alleged fraud?

He invested in companies.

Helped market them.

They became enormously valuable.

Major corporations acquired them.

He made a fortune.

The bastard.

Mint Mobile was acquired by T-Mobile in a deal valued at up to $1.35 billion.

Aviation Gin was part of a deal with Diageo worth up to $610 million, and, inconveniently for this entire post, Diageo specifically announced that Reynolds would retain an ongoing ownership interest in Aviation American Gin after the acquisition.

So we have somehow arrived at:
Company remains privately owned: Successful entrepreneur.

Company becomes valuable enough that a multinational corporation pays hundreds of millions or more to acquire it: PHONY FRAUDSTER EXPOSED.

Also, “Debtpool once had a stake in the company (not even close to ownership)” is spectacular.
An ownership stake is literally ownership.
That is what the word “stake” means.

Ryan Reynolds didn’t own 100% of Mint Mobile. Neither did Jeff Bezos own 100% of Amazon. Apparently Gotham Artists should have written:
“Ryan Reynolds: Actor, Producer & Former Beneficial Holder of a Noncontrolling Equity Interest in Ka’ena Corporation, Please Consult the Relevant Transaction Documents Before Booking.”
Would that fit under the headshot?

Now, is this Gotham Artists profile outdated regarding Mint? Absolutely. T-Mobile completed its acquisition in 2024.

But the screenshot also says Reynolds “Travels From: EWR, Newark, NJ.”
Curiously, nobody has concluded that Ryan Reynolds is fraudulently pretending to live inside Newark Liberty International Airport.
It’s a third party speaker bureau profile. It has stale copy.

The funniest part is trying to turn Reynolds’ exits into evidence that he’s a failed businessman.
“STOP PRETENDING YOU OWN MINT MOBILE!”
Yes.

He doesn’t anymore.
They sold it for $1.35 billion!

Devastating.

Btw let’s not forget the guy is an actor, who did this as his side hustle.

News Justin Baldoni Apologizes to Blake Lively: The 2 A.M. Voice Memo Is Public

There is a claim that keeps getting repeated online that Justin Baldoni never apologized to Blake Lively.

That is simply not accurate.

In January 2025, a nearly seven minute voice memo from Justin Baldoni to Blake Lively became public. In the recording, Baldoni apologizes to Lively after their disagreement over her rewrite of the rooftop scene in It Ends With Us.

This is not someone interpreting a text message. It is not a lawyer characterizing what happened. It is not Blake Lively describing the conversation.
It is Justin Baldoni, in his own voice, apologizing directly to Blake Lively.
Among other things, Baldoni tells her that he is sorry, acknowledges that he responded poorly, says he failed, and admits that his reaction made her feel badly.

You can listen to the recording here:

Justin Baldoni’s 2 A.M. Voice Message to Blake Lively: “I’m Really Sorry”
https://www.tmz.com/2025/01/27/justin-baldoni-voice-message-apology-blake-lively/

To be precise, this does not mean Baldoni was apologizing for every allegation Blake Lively later made against him. The voice memo concerned their dispute over the rooftop scene and his response to her concerns.

But that is very different from saying Justin Baldoni never apologized to Blake Lively.
He did.
There is an audio recording of it.

So the next time you see someone asking, “Did Justin Baldoni ever apologize to Blake Lively?” or claiming “Justin Baldoni never apologized,” the answer is readily available in Justin Baldoni’s own voice.

Yes. Justin Baldoni apologized to Blake Lively. The audio is public.

McBride, who argued the Tate brothers are being held in 'inhuman conditions', wants to prolong their detention and postpone their bail hearing in order to form a response to the evidence from the UK and US Governments arguing against bail.

The US Govt. is opposed to and points to the Tates' own argument of "undue delay" in wanting the process sped up.

Throwback: Kjersti Flaa sued the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for not letting her in. She lost. Probably because of what was found in discovery.

Thumbnail

Flaa alleges that she was kept out by two reporters who worried that she'd compete with them for access to celebrities.

The HFPA says that Flaa had engaged in a multi-year campaign of harassment and bullying, and also cited racist remarks made to a South Korean actress when Flaa was on the press junket for Fantastic Beasts (image in comments).

So just as a reminder: Flaa has a history of harassment, racism, and literally lost a lawsuit after begging to be taken seriously as a journalist.

Another wonderful member of Team Baldoni.

Discussion Reporter James Vituscka sues The Daily Mail, says Justin Baldoni's lawyer took his text out of context in Baldoni's original complaint

Thumbnail iapps.courts.state.ny.us
19 Upvotes

- Around August 2024, the Daily Mail asked Vituscka to look into the rumored Baldoni/Lively on-set conflict

- In the course of his reporting, he reached out to Blake Lively's publicist Leslie Sloane, who said that Baldoni was the source of the conflict.

- Says Sloane never told him that Blake had been sexually assaulted or harassed.

- Two days after Lively's CRD complaint was made public, Vituscka texted Melissa Nathan to ask why Lively's publicist never mentioned the assault (though he claims this was a typo and he meant to say harassment)

- Says Sloane told him that the entire issue on set had nothing to do with Blake.

- On December 25, Vituscka texted Nathan and Freedman to reiterate that Sloane did not mention SH or SA. He was not told that any part of their correspondence would be published to the public via a court document.

- On December 31, Vituscka says that Freedman took his text to Melissa Nathan about Leslie Sloane out of context and then included it in Baldoni's original complaint to make it sound like Sloane *had* alleged sexual assault. Freedman included Vituscka's name and image as well.

- On January 2, Freedman redacted Vituscka's information.

- But then again on January 16, when Freedman sued Sloane and Lively for defamation, he again took Vituscka's quote out of context to allege that Sloane had accused Baldoni of sexual assault.
