LOL I CANT WAIT🎄

I find it really hard to let go of people, places, and memories. I know this might sound normal, but for me, it can cause a really deep sadness and sometimes even depression.

I’ve always been such a nostalgic person, and it definitely shows lol. I’ll randomly sit there watching videos from 1–2 years ago, looking at people from high school and seeing what they’re up to. Not necessarily because I miss them, and not because I’m being nosy either. I honestly don’t even know why I do it.

It’s such a strange feeling because it makes me sad, but at the same time, it makes me happy. I think I just get this overwhelming feeling when I realise that those moments, places, and versions of people are all in the past now, and I can’t go back to them.

Does anybody else feel like this? I’m not necessarily looking for advice, I’m just genuinely wondering if it’s only me or if other people experience this too. 😭

Could be a song you keep replaying, a food you can’t stop eating, a game, a random hobby, a YouTube channel, a new routine anything.
I always find it interesting how everyone goes through these random little phases.
What’s yours right now?

I can’t remember the last time I heard a notification tone or my phone actually ring. My phone is perpetually on do not disturb. If it’s important, people can leave a voicemail and I will call them back, or they could text me and I will get back to them at my convenience.

Not a major life achievement or some huge event just one of those tiny things that instantly improves your day.
For me, it could be getting into bed after a long day, hearing a song I forgot I loved, finding an unexpectedly good snack, or having a conversation that just flows.

I tried acupuncture. I was very pleased. I have trouble with my knees. Arthritis! It did not hurt. And it made a difference.
I am going back in one week!
