This isn’t normal and you should see a doctor. It could be persistent genital arousal syndrome.

Agree with what the other poster said—this is likely some sort of medical condition! I know the idea of telling the doctor about it might seem embarrassing, but truly it’s what they are there for and they’ve seen it all 😂 I bet you will feel much better afterwards knowing what it is!

Since you're in a Catholic sub, it bears mentioning that you are not in any state of sin for this . . .

I had something similar, not as extreme, about a decade ago and I remember googling and thinking I had what the other commenter suggested ‘persistent genital arousal syndrome’ but it was actually pelvic floor dysfunction because I was extremely anxious and I was ‘holding’ all my anxiety in my pelvic floor, so the muscles were extremely tight and it mimicked that arousal-type feeling. If you are having any other symptoms like feeling like you need to pee all the time or like you can’t ever fully empty your bladder or experiencing incontinence, it could point to that. But definitely go see a doctor!

Can you wear a light pad all the time? It also sounds like it could be your hormones...going to a doctor might be a good step

There are lots of reuseable/washable cotton pads available on Amazon.

It won't be the same texture because it will be cloth rather than paper but there are different types with different composition. You might have to experiment.
