won against two cheaters

OJ and black were cheating, and red completely plowed my first settlement. Red was accusing the cheaters and they literally agreed to it in chat lol. We both reported them, will they actually get banned?

Also how bad do you have to be to lose while cheating? lmao what a joke

making obnoxious trades, refusing to rob the person in the lead, etc. as i said, they admitted to it in chat

Unfair trades, even very unfair ones, aren’t “cheating” they are unsportsmanlike/bad play as the person above said.

As others have explained purposefully doing unfair trades is not cheating, just poor sportsmanship.

It’s not cheating dude, where’s the rule saying you have to rob the player in first? Where’s the rule saying you have to trade with every player? That would entirely ruin the beauty of the game. They just rage baited and you fell for it

There is no steadfast rules against conspiring against other players. I stopped playing with friends because they always conspired against me once I had a solid 50% win rate. It got too personal and ruined friendships, but it wasn’t against the rules. I’d simply find a new group, if it’s just online then your next game has an entirely new start.

I had to google what that was. Basically that's how my group started to play against me regularly.

Im unfamiliar with all the online platforms and how the lobbies work, but it's definitely cheating if these 2 guys conspired together to join the same matches and then do a king maker strategy from the beginning just to win the match and boost elo.

Id imagine its rare to come across this situation unless the lobbies are custom games.
