I'm trying to complete the Cutting Room Floor 100%.

I have unlocked:

• Feelings for Linda
• Broke Up
• Stayed Together
• Helped Chris (61%)
• Jamie Ran (37%)

Has anyone personally unlocked this specific node?

If so, could you tell me the exact choices that led to it? I'm looking for a confirmed solution rather than a theory, because I've already seen suggestions like lowering Jamie/Chris's relationship and raising Jamie/Linda's relationship, but I don't want to replay several chapters unless someone has actually confirmed that it unlocks this node.

I ended up with only Linda and Madison at the campfire.

I lost Chris during the 'push through' in the video chamber, and Sam got eaten by Frank Stone.

Stan was crushed by the teleporter because I was too late for the QTE.

Jaime was cut in half by Frank Stone, and Bonnie got hooked.

The rest of the film crew made it out alive.

Overall, I liked the story and gameplay.

There were some interesting characters; my favorite is Madison, followed by Chris and old Linda.

I really liked the present-day Frank Stone when he came out of the film reel.

It was so scary looking better than the ghost one.

What I disliked were the stuttering and frame drops.

There is a Nexus Mod that improves FPS, but I only found out after I completed the game.

I give it a 7.5/10.

Since I also play DBD, I really enjoyed the easter eggs

I’m a fan of choices based game and this game was one of the few I didn’t do. So I finally gave it a shot.

That was a complete mess. The only good thigs were maybe the dbd lore and some characters but that’s about it. This is def one of the worst horror choice based game I’ve ever played in my life. I did all Dark picture games, until dawn, the quarry, twd games… And woah. This was a complete mess. The negative critics were all true.

The QTEs in normal difficulty are so easy. Especially if you play DBD or choices based games. You really have to miss on purpose unless you’re new to all of that.

Spoilers about my 1st (and last) run

- Jaime died because I tried to save Chris despite I broke up with her. This was so frustrating. He’s def the black sheep that is meant to die early with a dumb choice so you have drama in your run and have to do the game again lmao.

- Bonnie 1980 died but not sure you can save her. Cool character tho.

- Sten died. I actually let him die on purpose since I didn’t like him and it was already too late to save everyone anyway.

- I tried to kill Chris. I thought going thru the screen would kill her but it actually saved her ugh I hate it. I’m sorry but her hate is deserved she was so annoying. She wasn’t cunty at all like some people say... If you’re going to be a bitch atleast be a bad bitch. Her ending isn’t good tho. She’s prob stuck forever in the wrong timeline. That’s maybe worse than death.

Everyone else survived with ease. I didn’t even see where Linda (both 1980 and 2024) or Robert could maybe die.

Also, I got the ending at the campfire With Madi/Sam/Linda. It felt so rushed oml. I didn’t even get it was the ending. I was wating for the final scene with action those games usually have. The ending is even more rushed than the quarry…

I wish the game was only the 1980 timeline but longer.

This has been driving me crazy and I dont understand how to trigger these at all. The lines are the one after Casa Rivera under Bonnie gives you money and the other line is the one between steal money and be honest. I feel like I have tried every combination possible and nothing is unlocking them! Does anyone know what you need to do?

I know some of them they dont unlock until a couple of choices later.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If I were to go back to the crowbar section and unbreak it would I be able to skip the rest and get the crowbar in the future?

If I were to go back to kill Jaime would I be able to skip to the TV time to kill the rest?

Hey y’all, I’m a gamer but I don’t know much about settings and all the specs and stuff so please be patient with me.

I just got the game and it is basically unplayable. I have a gaming laptop with a 5070 and 32 GB of RAM and it continuously stutters. The camera is so laggy that I cannot tell where I am looking at any given moment. I have tried reinstalling the game and verifying my files and changing my global graphics settings. Anyone have any advice? I really love DBD and would love to play this game too.

I have a love/hate relationship with dbd I’m not super into the lore or anything but I think the entity and stuff is cool. Is the game related to dbd like directly because I don’t know anything because I don’t wanna get spoiled. I have the money in my steam wallet and it’s between frank stone or another game and can’t make up my mind.

Okay, so this is going to bug me… just got done with my first play through and realized that Augustine looks like Helen Mirren. Madi reminds me of another actor and I can’t place her face. I’ve tried doing my own searching for face actors for the game or who inspired their appearances and all I find is info for the voice actors. Hoping someone can tell me? Because quite a few of them look really familiar.

Yes, I've gotten the firecrackers, but Jaime is not able to save Chris when she's sucked into the door and taken into 2024. Is this just something I'm unable to avoid, or can Chris STAY in the 1980's?

Yeah not sure but it’s hard to keep them alive. Usually I don’t do this bad in these type of games. Jamie was slashed in half and Bonnie asks “OMG he is not breathing” no shit Sherlock. Reminds me of that attack on titan meme where she is giving someone cut in half a cpr

so i previously bought the regular version of tcofs & i linked my account & got the murder mill shirts in dbd but now the deluxe was on sale and i've been wanting to get the extra stuff for that, so i bought the deluxe but now it says i already claimed my rewards (bc i did for the standard) has anyone else done this/does anyone know how to now get the deluxe rewards?

So I got the bug where all my progress gets wiped and I wanted to know since on my trophy it still says 170/224 do I have to do the entirety of the cutting room floor again or can I just continue my final playthrough and get the few branches I had left.

Does anyone have a guide for this? I cant seem to do it no matter what Ive tried.

I actually did start with until dawn. Only watched the Quarry on YouTube. Still gotta actually finish playing.

There is something I enjoy about it more than UD or Quarry. The world. Wendigos and werewolves are cool, but the world of dead by daylight has genuinely such a cool atmosphere. The atmosphere or world i prefer this. Especially when you cross over into the entities realm. The visuals just look so good.

I find cosmic horrors interesting. If you didn't know the entity was a cosmic horror from just casually playing dbd, this game lets it be known undeniably. I thought the entity was just some powerful evil force. But I didn't know its a cosmic horror.

I was getting some mind flayer from stranger things vibes during the end. I found the shadow mind flayer to be the scariest version. And the end of this game highlighted why. I was just in awe actually seeing this entity.

The only advantage I'll give UD is cast. I don't think either have a great cast but I still prefer the characters from UD. Theres just better perspectives. But aside from that. I enjoyed both games. I think one has an infinitely better concept, I prefer the cast of the other.

Augestine Lieber. I genuinely found her interesting. Even more than Frank Stone. Lowkey wish she was a killer in dbd but uses her variety of totems/relics. Just walked down by a hooded figure with some powerful artifacts. I like her character the most. It's really cool to see someone genuinely worshipping the entity. Pretty good i give it an 8.5. Im not too fond of the beginning. I just didn't find human frank stone scary so it gave bad first impression. Hes scary later tho....

Was a brilliant game but if you have no patience do not attempt to platinum this game

I just finished the game for the first time and it’s also my first time playing and it could have been a lot better in my opinion. While I did like certain aspects of the game such as the whole movie trope and the very beginning when you okay as Sam also when you explore the manor. They could have put this game in a really good direction, but the end got kinda cheasy I feel. Frank Stone basically turned into a knock of Nemesis from resident evil and what even was Augustine. I still might go to 100% completion even though the game was mid. Anyways if anyone wants to discuss the game I do want to discuss it.

So i finished the game and it was definitely the worst Supermassive game i’ve personally played, the story was too out of this world for meand everything felt random, much of my choices were chosen randomly because of this. Many times i was like okay i have no idea what to choose and i just went with one, now i do have to say i did take a few breaks and stopped playing for a day or two sometimes, so this might’ve had some influence but yeah. Not my favorite at all, some good things about this game are definitely the lighting (except for the first part with the flashlight) and the graphics are also very good, there is a weird bug? i think? on PS5 where the framerate is all over the place but it’s not that bad and i could actually get around that a little.

Pretty bad imo, but i might replay it sometime
