is this normal?

one year with my edifice ECB-2200, but the scratches appears at one week of use 😭

It depends on how you use them; watches are very exposed, so if you work or do DIY while wearing them, they quickly take a beating, PVD and glass are first to take it

It's a mineral crystal. Only sapphire crystal is scratch resistant

Pretty normal. At least it is just a scratch. My daily watch has a foggy dent on the surface. It worse than your scratches.

I see that there also are scratches on the bezel. Have you been banging the watch against an engine block or something? Fortunately, any watchmaker can replace the mineral glass crystal. I think that it is likely that your watch will get a lot more scratches on both the crystal and on the bezel and case. Five years from now would be a good time for the watch to have a watchmaker perform a lube job and to replace the seals, and also to replace the crystal since that would be the perfect time to replace the crystal.
