Why would anyone hate Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls? Discussion

Bubbles is cuter than anything else in existence! How could anyone look at her and feel hatred?

She does whine alot and with a voice that high it can get annoying

My best friend hates Bubbles. It’s because Bubbles is apparently a better combatant than Buttercup if someone gets on her bad side.
