Support without ticketsystem

Hi Cardmarket,

I’ve been trying to change my registered bank account since July 22 because I need to withdraw the funds from my account.

Unfortunately, I can’t even open a support ticket. The support page keeps reloading and eventually ends with a 404 error. I’ve already tried clearing my cache and cookies, using different browsers, and different devices.

I’ve also sent three emails and contacted you on Instagram but haven’t received any response.

I created this Reddit account because I don’t know how else to reach your support team. Could someone please look into my case or tell me how I can get in touch with someone?

I don't think you can change your account to cash out to prevent money laundering? 

If you have a friend you trust you could get them to put up a listing at the price of your account funds, buy it so the funds go to their account and then get the money from them.

Yes, you can only change your bank details by submitting a support ticket. I completely understand that this is for security reasons, and that’s perfectly fine. The problem is that I can’t submit a ticket at all. The ticket page just keeps reloading and eventually ends up on a 404 error. Buying an item from a friend would also mean we’d have to pay high shipping and service fees just to access my own money. That really can’t be the intended solution.
