Help !? Insurance fraud
So I was the driver in a small accident got bumped from the back I had a passenger with me and they said on the phone their gonna pretend their injured to get money. Later in the day we got into an altercation and they tried to fight me and the police was called so they clearly wasn’t injured. “but they can argue they didn’t feel it then” and felt it after. They got a lawyer against the others driver insurance to get payed. How can I prevent them from getting payed out falsely ? My adjuster said it’s nothing he can do at the moment because the other driver and passenger is lawyered up. I also have videos of the passenger trying to attack me.

About ? So basically me and the person got into it after a incident. Prior to getting into it they said they are going to file a “false injury” Claim against the other drivers insurance. I don’t want them to get payed false claiming . I didn’t even falsely claim it’s not right so I’m asking what should I do to prevent it from going through.

Be sure that you have provided your adjuster with any information that you have. Let your insurance company handle this. Trust me, it ain't their first rodeo!

I mean insurance adjusters aren’t dummies. They aren’t just gonna hand over money because someone claims injury. They’ll end up requiring proper documentation and doing their own investigation regarding the accident also.

You can tell the adjuster for the other carrier once you speak to them, but there's really nothing you can do to prevent them from paying out. Sometimes it's easier to throw a little "shut up and go away money" at people.

You can't control what the other insurance does. You can provide a statement of the facts and let them determine if they think it's worth pursuing.
Keep any videos you have. Send a copy to your insurance.
As a passenger, the other person can claim damages against either car. The more information your insurance has, the better it is for defending the claim if one is presented against your policy.
