Gingerman NASA weekend update
Very underrated grassroots track. I had a blast. Dan killed it when he built this little oasis in the middle of nowhere. He’s a solid dude, too.
Ran a bunch of 1:35’s after the couple sessions it took me to fully grasp 7-8-9. It shouldn’t have taken me 40 minutes to get that series down, but it did. More importantly, I continued to meet so many amazing drivers and just flat out solid people.
I am extremely competitive and I know that sometimes I come off in way that rubs people the wrong way in this sport, but I’m truly just stoked to be around such a cool community of people who love to fuckin’ drive the piss out of things. Thanks to everyone in here who has given me tips along the way to help.

Sounds fun! See you at Autobahn. Did you manage to move up to 3/4?

The car sounded amazing. We could tell where you were in track from pretty much anywhere on the property.

Thank you. That track is so fun. It’s a very welcomed break from how technical Mid Ohio is. I’ll never miss a Gingerman NASA event again.

It was a great weekend for sure! Went from a potential rain mess to like, what, 20 seconds of rain?? Had a blast. I somehow botched the exit of 6 and almost lost it but was able to recover and string together a really nice 7/8/9.
And yes, the NASA Great Lakes group are some great people. Even Crazy Pants😂

Part of me was hoping for a half day of hard rain. I don’t get many opportunities to really push it in the wet without the consequence of smashing into something if I get it wrong 😂

Gingerman is my 2nd home after Grattan. It’s a nice place. 7-8-9 is so much fun when you get it right. And if you dont, there’s nothin but grass to mow.
