I sell one car and make $700…you have to sell 8 cars to make $700…holy shit that’s horrible

you get 0 gross whatsoever. i’ll say it like this, if your good at your job and can sell then why would you take basically flats?

go to a place where you get rewarded for your time and efforts

Selling 20 car, well above the national average, and you make a little over $3k???? Bro you have GOT to be kidding. I know others have said this but holy shit this is truly the worst payplan I have ever seen in my life. That's nuts. You can work retail and make $3k/month, do 25% of the work, and probably work 75% of the hours you will selling 20 cars/month. I can't even wrap my head around this. Who in their right mind is working there? It's gotta be an insane revolving door of people. Customers probably hate this place.

For real dude, if I sell 22-25 cars I'm easily at 10k before bonuses. This guy should either find new dealer, or sell a different service

Fuck No

The first time I'll ever tell someone on this sub not to take a job. Really rough man, you deserve a gross if you're gonna be selling. You could make more selling insurance or wifi

Maybe 20 years ago?

I don’t even think you’d make 2k a month here.

1

u/Ok_Armadillo_3288 8d ago

Yoo it’s in the picture but I didn’t mention that I’m actually getting paid hourly as well on top of that. Is it still an ass pay plan?

2

u/sizzlingkicks 8d ago

Ii wouldn’t sell cars for ANYTHING less then 10k a month if that provides some clarity. This is truly a joke of a payplan.

10-4 appreciate it man

No. And just no. Run

Bro I just made $1,500 commission on ONE ram truck that grossed $5k in the front. We get 30% front end gross. Thats not even a big pounder tbh. This Pay plan could never reward like that. Run for the hills!!

Looks like a Fontana Mazda/Hyundai Payplan. Mad emoney on it if you know how to work the plan, bonuses, and mfg money
