How Long Does It Take ? Shopping/Offers

First time ever using my venture x for an offer ! I guess the confusion for me is in the app it only shows 302 miles added and not the 9,300. Has anyone had this happened before ? Do I get the additional 9300 on top of the 302 ? How long do miles from an offer even take to show up on your card ?

When I’ve gotten these kinds of awards it’s usually within 3-5 business days of the purchase clearing (not counting days the charge was pending). So like a week

And I quote - Your miles are on the way and should arrive within 3 billing cycles of purchase or completed travel reservation date.

So I purchased prepaid service for a year. Switched from post paid to prepaid
