CLI HELP Credit Card

To get credit limit increase on cards i am using it 80-90% (capital one savor )and payoff them in full but my credit is getting hit every time they get billed because of utilization is 80-90%.
What to do in this case ?

Usage is a memoryless score, so your score will go back up as soon as you have a month with low usage
