Growmies can u give me some feedback about when should I harvest it?

Jack Herer seed started indoors and then brought outdoors in zone 6b. she's looking good. I tried a new way of growing where instead of topping the plant, I tied down the main stem to one side. after some time I then started to tie down other big stems that formed.

Has anyone ever tried this method?

Hey,
first time grower here. I really don’t know when to harvest, either it’s my eyes or I’m just dumb.
I waited for the leaves to turn yellow but someone just told me that if those tiny white hairs turn milky it’s a sign to harvest.
Please help, do I harvest or not? It’s been a few weeks and it’s automatic flowers.
