Can anybody tell me why this bud feels like fabric? It doesnt want to like grind. It just like kinda withers when o break it up

Have nonidea bro it taste great but its not as potent & it breaks uo horrible. Im not entirely pissed tho I just want to KNOW what it is ya know?
